Tara Finestone is an award-winning content producer and strategist with over 20 years of experience in the media industry. She has crafted stories for top-tier outlets, led major newsrooms, and launched innovative streaming platforms. With a strong foundation in journalism, Tara recently transitioned from traditional news to launch her own consulting firm.

Her current work spans marketing, communications, and media strategy for AI and health tech companies, nonprofits, and political campaigns. Recent highlights include securing more than $50 million in earned media for a first-time U.S. Senate candidate and producing interviews for the WNBA on ION.

Tara’s storytelling has earned her widespread recognition, including nearly a dozen Regional Emmy Awards, multiple LA Press Club Awards, Golden Mic Awards, and a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award. She’s also been named both National Entertainment Journalist of the Year and Journalist of the Year by the Los Angeles Press Club.

Based in Seattle, Tara lives with her husband, three boys, two dogs, and their cat, Mookie Betts Finestone.
